Suvisesh Bharadwaj is a mental health professional currently working as a Performance Coach with Propel Tech labs, a software company based in Chennai. He has previously worked as a Wellness Coach for MNCs with Optum Health and Technology in Hyderabad. With a background in Clinical psychology, he has worked with a Clinical psychologist in Chennai, conducting psychometric assessments, workshop planning and providing counseling services. He also has research experience, having been a subject matter expert-psychology with an MNC and has assisted with research to help with data analysis for NGOs such as Bala Mandir.

He has a post- graduate degree in Applied Psychology (Clinical stream) from Pondicherry University.

He aspires for personal growth while spreading awareness about mental health with an emphasis on the importance of building resilience through a willingness to engage with life. He enjoys music and food of various types and is an animal lover.

Ms..L. Padma Swathy is a Counselling Psychologist with a Post Graduation in Psychology. Trained and Certified in Art Therapy.

Counselling Psychologist with a demonstrated history of working as a freelancer and in educational industry. Completed internship in Counselling under the guidance of Shri R.M. Karthick Lakshmanan (Counselling Psychologist & Psych Oncologist), Chennai Counselling Services.

Has experience in Individual Counselling, Working with Adolescents, Student Counseling, Career Counselling and Assessment, stress management, Marital counselling, Art Therapy and Geriatric Counselling. Profound knowledge of providing Arts and Crafts training through freelancing.

Worked in quite a few educational institutions as School Counselor, Worked as a part Time Psychologist with Ms.Arthy Jayavel (Clinical Psychologist) for the CHES project, Government Girls Home, Kelly's - Chennai and as a Counselor at State Career Guidance Centre, Department of Employment & Training, Government of Tamil Nadu, Guindy, Chennai. While working there she had a good experience of conducting career assessment and counselling for students of Government schools, ITI, worked on a " Special Career Awareness and Skill Training Program for the Juveniles." Jointly organized by STATE CAREER GUIDANCE CENTER, Department of Employment and Training, Tamil Nadu,Chennai-32 and GREATER CHENNAI POLICE, Chennai-09. She Has an experience in coordinating and facilitating more than 50 plus career sessions which were conducted in various topics. Appointed as an internal Examiner to conduct one on one interactive and analyzing sessions for the Undergraduate Students of BCA and BSc Comp Science Department of KRMMC College, Adyar for the paper titled " PERSONALITY ENRICHMENT " She is a registered Professional Counselor (RPC) and member since 2015.
