Mission
- To build awareness and promote scientific thinking skills among Counseling psychologists, Educationists and relevant stakeholders in the society.
- To initiate the uptake of indigenous psychological researches projects and publish the same in leading Indian/ foreign journals.
Objectives
- To validate our research in the global academic community.
- To promote our findings and its application in the society..
- Develop and standardize tools and establish Indian norms.
- Paper presentations of outcome studies and projects at the national and international conferences.
Scope
- To conduct national and international seminars in collaboration with educational institutions and other research foundations.
- To work small or minor research projects from day to day life which would be application oriented and contributive to the society.
- To have regular workshops developing research skills and proposal/thesis writing.
- Develop standardized psychological assessment and establish Indian norms. Tools patented by CCF can be sold at affordable rates to qualified eligible psychologists who do assessments.
- To initiate and submit our research work into the scientific arena and get it published into leading Indian/foreign journals.
- To gain collaboration with foreign research educational institutes to enable cross cultural learning for our researches.
- Provide Training for psychologists /counselors from rural areas who can serve their own village and community.
- To start our own journal for South India.

Janani has completed her Master’s in Applied Psychology (Counseling Psychology). She is currently working as a psychologist in an organization, with over a year of experience. With a background in counseling psychology, she is passionate about guiding people through counseling to help them overcome their challenges. She holds a membership as Junior Professional Counselor and the Research Wing Coordinator at CCF. During her Master’s program, she held the position of Department Secretary, where she organized and participated in various events. Janani is a multifaceted individual known for her leadership qualities, effective communication, task management, and interpersonal skills. She completed internships at Sittara and Revamp and volunteered with SCARF as a trainer for a year, teaching modules to school and community students as part of a study on gratitude, love, and hope. She has attended numerous webinars, workshops, and seminars in her field.
Janani has also been recognized with awards, such as Best Performer in the REBT workshop. She has completed a 32-hour course on Transactional Analysis conducted by Rosemary Kurian. She holds certifications in the Harrington O'Shea Career Decision Making System (CDM) and My Choice, My Future (MCMF) by Pearson, as well as in Art Therapy from Sittara. She has published a research paper titled “The Influence of Ambivalent Sexism on Gender Role Attitudes Among Young Adults” in the Journal of Knowledge Economy (December 2023). Additionally, she presented a paper at the International Conference conducted by the Madras School of Social Work on “The Influence of Perceived Social Support on Anxiety, Depression, and Distress Among Young Adults.”
Janani’s hobbies include reading books, traveling, spending time in nature, drawing and painting, crochet, singing, and connecting with new people. She is proficient in four languages: Tamil, English, Kannada, and Tulu.
Kiruthika. S has completed her Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree in Psychology from Dr. MGR Janaki college and Sri Kanyaka Parameswari college, Chennai.
She has completed her observership from Sri Ramachandra Medical College, Chennai and Dr. Rudhran's Clinic.
She has also done a research internship with MIT square in collaboration with Veritas University, Nigeria.
She is passionate about the field and willing to commit herself to the responsibility the field demands.
She has worked as a part time facilitator at Nalandaway foundation an NGO aimed to promote and enhance social emotional skills of children through arts.
She admires nature, loves trekking and spending time with animals.
Her hobbies include reading books, painting, enjoys crafting with waste products.

Revathy Dhushyanth has M. Phil (Applied psychology) with Specialization in Student Counselling. She has Diploma in Mental Health Care and Counselling (SCARF), Masters in Guidance and Counselling, PG Diploma in Parent Counselling, Certificate in Learning Difficulty Assessment and Certificate in Career Guidance (MCMF). She has been trained by Tulir Organization to handle Child Sexual Abuse.
She has worked with schools as a Student Counsellor and currently working in a private college as a Student Counsellor. She has 30 years of experience in the field of education, which has helped her to understand students' behaviour, learning difficulties, their problems better and to provide intervention. She conducts programs for students, teachers and parents to equip and enhance their skills.
She works more towards providing a conducive learning and happy atmosphere for children @ home and school
Bhooma Krishnan is an accomplished and experienced Psychologist, Psychotherapist, a mentor, a coach, and trainer. Bhooma Krishnan is a Gold Medalist, and she has a Master's degree in Applied psychology and a Master's in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She is also a Yoga Therapist and uses Yoga to aid in her therapeutic interventions. She is a certified NLP Practitioner and is also adept with CBT Techniques (she is certified in CBT from NIMHANs and AIIMS)
She mainly specializes in helping youth. Bhooma Krishnan is currently an inhouse Student Counselor at IIT, Tirupati & IISER Tirupati. She was a Consultant Counselor at IIT(Madras) and IIITB, Bangalore and other Premier Institutes. She has done several programs in top corporate companies. She is also an accomplished trainer in academic and corporate settings besides being an avid researcher.

Ms. Maleeka Parveen is currently pursuing master’s in psychology. At the UG level, she was awarded the best outgoing student from the department of psychology, CTTE College, Sembium. Being an avid learner, she periodically upskills herself and has attended courses on graphology, ethical practice in counseling and psychotherapy, NLP for self-improvement, basics of counseling, healing the inner child, fundamentals of digital marketing and entrepreneurship conducted by reputed institutions.
She periodically conducts awareness and sensitization programs in schools about “mental wellbeing” She is an active member of CCF since 2019.
Mrs T. M. Rajeswari is an Engineering graduate, MA in Clinical Psychology, Diploma in Autism Spectrum Disorder. And has completed several certifications in Mental Health and Education.
She is an active member of CCF, and has completed the School Counselling (ACE-SCP) and the Marital and Family Counselling (ACE-MFCC) training from CCF.
She has worked for 5 years in inclusive education, designing and implementing programs for the intellectually disabled. Presently working on setting up a Community Living for young adults on the Autism Spectrum at Neyveli Village, Thiruvallur.
Currently in private practice, Parental guidance and working with Young Adults are her primary focus.
Her interest in reading and following research in the fields of Mental Health and Disabilities have motivated her to take up research.
She has written a paper on the “Let’s Talk 2.0” initiative of CCF, pending publication.
