Dr. Divya Prabha is a Counselling Psychologist, a Certified Professional Supervisor and founder of Steps Foundations (Psychological Support Services). She has been serving as a school psychologist with over a decade of experience in the field. She has worked in several presentation convents and convened numerous workshops, training programs, seminars, workshops and sessions to individuals and groups on various occasions and topics. She has delivered strong noteworthy views to the spectators in relation to several topics for child protection, POCSO, stress management, positive parenting etc. Her doctoral thesis was on the topic, Internet Addiction among adolescents, a preventive module under the guidance of Dr. Sujaritha Magdalene, Head of the Dept. of Psychology, Presidency College. She is a certified Cognitive Behaviour Therapist (CBT, basic level), and a Yoga Volunteer certified by The Yoga Professionals, Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
She started her career as a Project Fellow in a Major Research Project by University Grants Commission under the guidance of renowned senior Prof. Dr. Karunanidhi, the head of the Dept. of Psychology, University of Madras.
She has presented and published research papers in many national and international conferences held in Chennai, Pondicherry, Mysore, Bangalore etc., She has been a guest speaker for State Career Guidance Council during the first covid pandemic lock down and has reached out to many upcoming students and job seekers encouraging them to gain confidence in choosing their career. She has been a part of the esteemed magazines like parent circle and vikatan and has written several articles on various topics which has been eye openers for many.
As a philanthropist she had worked with children and adolescents in the Government Girls home to help bridge the gap between the children and caretakers. She has given counselling and psychological care to HIV infected children of the trust Petraal Thaan Pillaiya, yet another noteworthy service rendered by Divya.
She has also worked as a visiting psychologist for the 104 helpline providing psychological first aid to callers, especially during the time of board exam results to aid, assist and support both students and parents handle their stress and anxiety.
She is a Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC) in Chennai Counselors Foundation (CCF) and has done major contributions to the organisation for over four years as the Research Wing Coordinator.
She is a lifetime member in Indian Academy Applied Psychology (IAAP), in Indian School Psychology Association (InSPA) and in Tamil Nadu Psychology Association, a Professional Member in Indian Academy of Professional Supervisors (IAPS) and in Association of Indian Psychologist s (AIP), International Affiliate Member in American Psychological Association (APA).
She has appeared a live guest speaker in tv shows like Chellamey Chellamey in Raj TV to answer live callers regarding their doubts about their children. She has also appeared in several other national TV channels in various occasions for talk shows, interviews etc
On the personal front, she loves animals, especially dogs and cats. She shelters abandoned dogs and cats, providing them food and medical aid. She loves cycling, and takes part in cyclothons as and when time permits. As an artist, she learnt doodling and enjoys scribbling to relax during her leisure times. She's a passionate reader, a good listener, a lovable daughter, and is also interested in gardening, writing and photography.
As a writer she was a co-author in a collaborative effort done by CCF members and contributed to an e-book on Covid 19 pandemic, the challenges and responses of psychologists from India.
Dr. Divya as a whole is a young, confident, dynamic young woman who's passionate about working with children/adolescent and loves to research and explore new frontiers to gain exposure, experience and expertise in her field of counselling so that she can render the best psychological support services for the society and also set an example for the upcoming young scholars to actively engage with the same enthusiasm. Ms.Rajnibala is a Medical Counsellor and Manager-Critical Care Units, who is associated with Apollo hospitals for more than two decades. She is passionate about taking a challenging job of handling people in their critical stage of life. Her work includes giving emotional support, trauma care,managing End of life care and Grief counseling. Her work was recognized and awarded many times by the organization for her involvement and dedication.
She has done her MSc Psychology from University of Madras and PG Diploma in Industrial Counselling. She did her MBA- Operations from ITM and leading the ICU team as well.

Vikram P K is psychological Counsellor who believes to understand others, one must introspect and understand self first. In this pursuit, he studied for his Master’s in Psychology from the University of Madras. He is now an emerging psychological counsellor.
His certification course includes Marriage, Family and Child counselling, a 3 month training program with internship facilitated by Chennai Counselors’ Foundation. Mrs T. M. Rajeswari is an Engineering graduate, MA in Clinical Psychology, Diploma in Autism Spectrum Disorder. And has completed several certifications in Mental Health and Education.
She is an active member of CCF, and has completed the School Counselling (ACE-SCP) and the Marital and Family Counselling (ACE-MFCC) training from CCF.
She has worked for 5 years in inclusive education, designing and implementing programs for the intellectually disabled. Presently working on setting up a Community Living for young adults on the Autism Spectrum at Neyveli Village, Thiruvallur.
Currently in private practice, Parental guidance and working with Young Adults are her primary focus.
Her interest in reading and following research in the fields of Mental Health and Disabilities have motivated her to take up research.

Sheela Grace is professionally trained School counselor with 5 years of experience in the field of school counselling. She is dedicated and passionate to facilitate Social Emotional skills through Life skill and Visual art sessions for children of all the age group.
